Melissa Hoang leads people and talent strategy at VulcanForms, supporting the company’s growth as it scales advanced manufacturing operations. She brings over 15 years of experience building high-performance teams across technology and industrial organizations, with a focus on workforce development, organizational design, and labor strategy.
Before joining VulcanForms, Melissa held senior human resources leadership roles at Tesla and General Electric. At Tesla, she supported large-scale manufacturing organizations during periods of rapid growth, helping develop workforce programs and operational HR strategies across production environments. Earlier in her career at GE, she led initiatives focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and leadership programs across global technology teams.
