John Conway

John is passionate about building cross-functional organizations that integrate operations, engineering, and business disciplines, fostering scale and resilience. Before joining VulcanForms, John established a new central product planning organization at Amazon Robotics. He drove vision planning and strategy development across a distributed product management team, emphasizing improved governance and business management. John spent nearly a decade at Cisco Systems, leading supply chain and operations for the Cable Access and Mobility business units. While at Cisco, John also led manufacturing operations engineering across the company’s global manufacturing network. Earlier in his career, John was a systems engineer at GE Aerospace, developing next-generation turboshaft aircraft engines. He holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the MIT Leaders for Global Operations program, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from RPI.
