VulcanForms is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for our Devens, MA location.

As the Human Resources Business Partner at VulcanForms, Devens, MA, you will play a key role in VulcanForms' mission and success. Key Accountabilities
  • Be a champion for your clients, team, and our vision. Employ influence to create a positive process and proactively alleviate employee issues.
  • Masterfully partner with HR specialist groups including Learning & Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Recruiting, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Total Rewards.
  • Work with the business and others in HR to develop effective organizational structures and specific job design and leveling to drive organizational health.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
  • Be a leader and partner throughout VulcanForms. Advise and coach plant leadership to create positive engagement and leadership skills.
  • Assist and coach managers regarding employee relations, interviewing and selection, performance management, and employee development.
  • Counsel managers through challenging performance management situations. Support managers in developing and communicating plans to address areas of improvement.
  • Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation, and follow-through.
  • Counsel employees on performance, career planning, work/life balance, and other topics.
  • Partner with the business to build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Consult and advise on succession planning, talent reviews, and driving the annual merit planning cycle.
  • In partnership with leaders, develop workforce plans that ensure our success for the long term.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in an HRBP or other HR role including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and project management
  • Experience objectively coaching employees and management through complex, challenging, and emotional issues.
  • Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and statutes for employment. Thorough understanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching, and communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with all levels of the organization effectively and positively influence teams.
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise, and persuasive communicator.
  • Authorized to work within the U.S. without restrictions or sponsorship now or in the future (U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident of the U.S. (U.S. green card holder))

  • Proficient in M.S. Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Self-motivated, hands-on, practical mindset, and capable of setting and reaching ambitious goals
